Newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent). When you subscribe, your email address is stored with our email provider Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Germany) to send you the newsletter you asked for. You can unsubscribe in one click in any email; we then stop sending. We never sell or share your address, and we don't cold-email.
Contact. If you email us, we process your address and message to reply (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).
Analytics (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent). Only if you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand aggregate site usage. If you decline, no analytics run and no analytics cookies are set. Data may be transferred to Google LLC (USA) under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw consent anytime by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Hosting & server logs. The site is served by Vercel Inc.; standard technical logs (IP address, request time) are processed to deliver and secure the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Member-app demo data. Tools such as the portfolio, planner, notes and reading state store data only in your own browser (localStorage). It never reaches our servers.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to admin@deengen.com and we will act on it promptly.
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Contact emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any legal retention duties. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' standard retention settings (14 months).
