Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which is the seller of record for your purchase, calculates any VAT or GST and issues your receipt. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from a membership within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund pro-rated for the days already used. Digital downloads (guides, workbooks, templates) are delivered immediately. At checkout you are asked to agree to immediate delivery and to confirm that you understand you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins; we confirm this by email. If a file is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. To cancel, withdraw or request a refund, email admin@deengen.com with your order email, or use the cancel option in your purchase account.
